"Years after my son was no longer playing for Coach Eric, he could still hear his voice in his head while pitching. He would be struggling, step off the rubber, take a breath, and remember coach tell him "it's ok to suck". I know it sounds vulgar, but it was what he needed to smile and work through it.

With more than 12 years of experience as an educator and basketball coach, I am passionate about developing student-athletes both in the classroom and on the court. My commitment to leadership, mentorship, and performance has been strengthened by earning a Master of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Sport Psychology. I strive to inspire confidence, build character, and help individuals reach their full potential through education, athletics, and positive leadership.

I work with performers who want to reach the next level. My ideal clients are elite athletes, teams, and business leaders who are self-aware, disciplined, and committed to excellence. As a CMPC with a Master’s in Performance psychology, a former IMG Academy mental performance coach, and the leader of 13 state championship teams, I bring a deeply personalized, collaborative, and immersive approach—utilizing 1-on-1 and on-field sessions to unlock personal excellence.
"Mental conditioning has helped me improve my mental game regarding my sport. It has also taught me skills I can use in many situations for sports, school, and everyday life.

17 years leading intense project management teams, love for sports and coaching. Mental performance is a key skill to be trained in business and sports. I have been in both fields. Played at a collegiate level in football, but also worked at top SF Bay Area companies. Both fields of play need the same mental performance skill. I have coached players I have also coached business staff. I can combine the daily mental processing help with areas to grow.

I had the realization that one’s ability to meet life’s challenges was not a product of one’s ability, but a product of one’s thoughts. That realization became the foundation of my work — helping individuals understand how the brain, thought patterns, and mindset shape performance, behavior, and personal transformation.
"Provides more valuable information that will change your life. It was truly an transformation

Your body may be ready, but is your mind? I was a collegiate swimmer who was focused on perfection & who had an overwhelming amount of athletic identity. I wish I’d focused on building the mental side of my game when I was an athlete, but am passionate about supporting athletes as they commit to training their mental in order to improve performance and well being. I support athletes and coaches who wish to improve the mental side of performance. Whether you are struggling right now, or want to prepare for the unexpected, I can help. I empower clients to 1. Reflect on what matters to them 2. Reconnect with who they are 3. Refocus on what they can control From there, clients can build well-rounded resilience and perform successfully through the unexpected. Ground Yourself in Purpose, Rise from Your Roots.
"Sometimes when I’m not feeling great, I use the breathing techniques we talked about and honestly they help me a lot. The sessions really opened my eyes to how grateful I am for everything I have and for the journey I’ve been on. The perspective shifting exercises also helped me tremendously.
