Coach Peascoe helped me develop on the mound into a solid pitcher for my middle school team. He helped me develop a change up, become more accurate and develop mentally. Thanks Coach P
Hank
Coach is dedicated to the game and helping players become their best self. He has a way of explaining and putting his drills in a context young kids can understand.
Colin
Coach Peascoe helped me develop the skills and confidence for tryouts. With his direction and encouragement, I went out and made the team as a freshmen.
Jake
Great coach. Great person. Thanks Coach!
Christian and Brayden
Andrew is such a great coach. He helped both of my boys and was patient with them. We’ve noticed a huge improvement after only a few sessions. I would recommend him to others.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIntroductions and goals while going through throwing/catching drills. Proper grip/stance, wrist flip, knee throws and standing throws. Focus on hand placement/footwork while catching. Fielding drills: ground ball fielding and pop fly tracking Move to hitting basics utilizing a tee, soft-toss, under hand toss and full throwing. Will focus on stance and grip, and proper swing techniques. Talk about key takeaways and skills to work on at home between sessions. Finish with encouragement and praise.
Lesson 11+Positional fundamentals as requested by client.
Lesson 4-10Drills that include defensive situations including ground balls that are thrown to a particular base. Hitting skills/technique progression as needed/desired by client.
Lesson 2-3Similar to lesson 1 but with progression towards more difficult/nuanced fundamentals including reaction time, quick catch and throw, drop steps, short hop drills. Continue hitting drills with some emphasis on light batting practice with controlled swinging. Base running drills/fundamentals.

Youth players
Working with kidsAs an educator, I believe that we must differentiate our lessons to meet the needs of our students. As a coach, I will do the same based on observation and requests from the client and their family.

What you need to bringHelmets, mits, bats, any other protective equipment as necessary for lessons.
