Beginner training plan
Your first lessonOur first training session will be mainly so I can get to see your mechanics, go over what we need to work on, talk and go over the base of a good, compact, and consistent swinging mechanics
Lesson 11+Make sure to stay on top, and overlook your swing mechanics, make sure everything is aligned where we want tje swing to be on a repeated basis
Lesson 4-10We will go over video, make adjustments accordingly, and make sure to get enough reps, to fix any issues to your swing mechanics. Talk game plans, how to go about each at bat, cover the mental aspect of hitting. If your having games at this moment, we will go over every at bat, approach.
Lesson 2-3We will follow up on what we went over on the 1st lesson, work on fixing your mechanics by nailing down, and fixing the issue one at a time. Go over what we worked on, and what's the goal(s). We will make sure that we advance every second of my lessons. Making sure you can take your game to the next level, making sure it translates to games
Youth players
Working with kidsMake sure kids feel comfortable, get feedback from swing mechanics, so we can get them adjusted, to the point where tje adjustments, become regular(Muscle memory).But most of all, enjoy it, and apply the work.
Working with teenagersAt this age, it's important that I get the fully talent out of the teenagers, accomplish our goals, in fixing any mechanical problems we can find on the swing. Get them ready for the next level(College, Pro)
