Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI first asked him what they know about the game and then start from the basic fundamentals and go from there
Lesson 11+The metals down and the mechanics are looking better. I will start adding in the smaller stuff that turns a good ball player to a great ball player.
Lesson 4-10Hopefully, we can solidify a good foundation for mechanics and the understanding of the game.
Lesson 2-3I would like to develop a great understanding and a great base for these fundamentals as it is a most helpful thing for your baseball career.

What I can bringI have access to baseballs, tees, gloves, and bats. I also have a hitting cage while I will be conducting my lessons.
