From a personal experience Brian has been working with my son since 10yrs. He has ALWAYS been a positive and inspirational motivator for Kaiolohia and not only on the field but especially off the field. Mahalo, Makana-Araujo Waiau

Coach Brian has been working with my son Noah for quite some time. Coach Brian has excellent coaching skills from fielding to batting. My son has learned a great deal from Brian. Coach Brian is an incredible coach whose passion for the game is matched only by his ability to connect with young players. The positive impact he's had on RJ’s hitting and fielding skills is beyond what we could have hoped for. Coach Brian doesn't just run drills; he teaches the 'why' behind them, breaking down complex mechanics in a way that players of all ages and skill levels can understand. Beyond the field, Coach Brian is a true mentor. He emphasizes the mental game, teaching players to handle frustration and learn from mistakes. We recommend Coach Brian to any player serious about elevating their game. He is a truly invested and skilled coach who develops both great athletes and great people. Mahalo, Natasha Ho

Thank you for the time, effort, and genuine care you've shown during my son's private baseball lessons. Your coaching has gone far beyond just improving his skills on the field — you've played a big role in his personal growth as well. He's gained confidence, discipline, and a stronger mindset, and we’ve seen a noticeable difference in how he carries himself both in the game and in life. We truly appreciate the positive impact you’ve had on him. You're not just a great coach you're a great mentor. With gratitude and Aloha! Garson McEnroe

My son has been working with Brian to prepare for high school infield play, and the results have been great. His footwork, glove work, and overall fielding confidence have improved significantly . Brian knows what high school coaches look for in infielders — quick reactions, clean mechanics, and smart decision-making. The drills are focused and realistic, and every session builds on the last. Thanks to Brian, my son feels more prepared — physically and mentally — to compete at the high school level. If your athlete is serious about taking the next step in their baseball journey, I highly recommend Brian for fielding development and high school prep. Chad Hertzog

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI like to observe the players set up in hitters box as well as fielding setup n based on observations it lets me know where we need to start and sharpen. A hitter has many check points that have to be aligned in order to be ready to attack any pitch smoothly.
Lesson 11+fun mechanic building drills
Lesson 4-10more drills, mindset needed to execute that skill.
Lesson 2-3Different drills that continue to build on the same mechanics that’s needed to develop that skill.

Youth players
Working with kidsEach step of building mechanics is to make the analogies easy to understand and that can be implemented to keep them engaged while building that part of the skill.

Working with teenagersMy lessons with teenagers are more advanced with drills that are reshaping or correcting the mechanics that they have been taught.

What you need to bringBat, Glove, Cleats, open mind ready to be a sponge to information.
