Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson will be used as an evaluation of what is already known, and a meeting with parent and athletes on what they want to work on and how often.
Lesson 11+Continuation from 4-11 with the exception they know what drills they do and how to do them properly and well.
Lesson 4-10Continuation of lesson 2-3 but in a more in depth manner and higher quantity/ difficulty level. ie:speed and what’s expected from the athlete.
Lesson 2-3Start working drills, and learn the basics of any unknown drills.
Youth players
Working with kidsChange the difficulty and work more on fundamentals and learning drills.
Working with teenagersHave a scope of what level they are at as have seen all levels. Work them up in difficulty as we go and speed drills happen.
What you need to bringAnything they have for the position they play, if needed can you gear I provide.
