Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe start off with some good stretching followed by light conditioning, to see where the student is athletically. The first lesson will be an assessment so i can lock in on key point in your game that need improvement!
Lesson 11+By lesson 11 you’ll be sharp! And the goal is to keep it that way. Practicing to keep skills and hand eye co ordination high.
Lesson 4-10This is where we lock in. Honing your skills for the specific position(s) you want to strive at! Each position has it’s nuances, making sure we stick to the basics fundamentally. As we as base running! Keeping it fun and allowing your natural style of play to form
Lesson 2-3We will be dialing in on necessary adjustments noticed in the first lesson. Ill explain what we need to work on, and what we’re going to be doing to critique the specific skill, getting back to the fundamentals.

Advanced training plan
Your first lessonRun a few light drills to assess players skill level Field work, batting, and base running
Lesson 11+By lesson 11 you’ll be sharp! And the goal is to keep it that way. Practicing to keep skills and hand eye coordination high.
Lesson 4-10We continue work on different aspects of your game that needs work. Transitioning from learning the new skills to training them, making it a reaction and not a thought when your on the field.
Lesson 2-3We lock in immediately, beginning the training with what needs the most work from the assessment.

Youth players
Working with kidsMy personality is very fun and bubbly! I keep coaching light and fun. Getting the point across & keeping the child interested in learning!

Working with teenagersThey are at a pivotal point in they’re career. This is where your skills really develop physically and mentally so it’s important to take it serious. But also keeping it fun by incorporating games while training.

What you need to bringAll the baseball equipment they would take to a normal practice or game.

What I can bringI have gloves, baseballs, bats, and helmets if necessary.
