Beginner training plan
Your first lessonBaseline day, evaluation of batting, throwing, and fielding skills
Lesson 11+Continue to work on students all around skills and give advice on where to improve after sessions have been finished
Lesson 4-10Practice less priority skills thanks need improvement
Lesson 2-3After baseline day focus in on highest area of focus, ideally the students weakest skill and strengthen those skills
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonUnderstand what the student is trying to achieve and set a plan on how we intend on reaching those goals
Lesson 11+Evaluate progress and give guidance on where the student can continue to grow after our training sessions.
Lesson 4-10Along with physical progression, work on growing the mental strength of the students. This is the most important skill in high level baseball.
Lesson 2-3Track progression and push the student to perform in high pressure situations.
