Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe will begin by taking ground balls or tee work depending on lesson plan, breaking down the fundamentals to help improve your skills
Lesson 11+Previous lessons will result in better performance during games and will help lead to being seen by college coaches.
Lesson 4-10Begin the steps to separation of other kids depending on age.
Continue to work on fundamentals whilst introducing full batting practice and full throwing program to help arm endurance and strength.

Lesson 2-3Following the breaking down of fundamentals, we will begin to piece more essential parts of the game to help create better footwork and range in the field. Batting - form and technique, power, plate discipline, pitch recognition and contact while hitting.
