Your first lessonBasics of hitting. Techniques and drills to maintain a good swing. Tee-work, ghost swings (swing with just the bat)
Lesson 11+I would throw batting practice to the player, mixing in different pitches
Lesson 4-10Many drills that will help my players feel comfortable at the plate , mixing in offspeed pitches and other hitting drills
Lesson 2-3From the Tee-work to soft toss. Build eye to ball recognition , making sure every swing has a meaning behind it.
