Your first lessonI just kinda want to get an idea of where we are as a person, how well we can do basic concepts of the game. Do a good set of stretching then go over the basic fundamentals of the game.
Lesson 11+We adjust to the necessity of the client
Lesson 4-10Later on we can attack other areas of the game that may need some WD-40 but the concept repeats itself because there will be areas that lack at times more than others and we adjust to those.
Lesson 2-3Here is where I have a feel for what areas may need to be attacked more than others. Go into a little more depth of practice in those topics, or drills specified for those areas.
What you need to bringPreferably a bat and a glove if you have one, if not I have something that can work 👍🏼
