About your baseball coach
What's up guys my name is Christopher Sieg. I've been playing baseball for more than 15 years and I've played at the college level for the past four. Now that I'm done with my playing days I want to be able to help the next generation extend theirs for as long as they can. I can't wait to get out there and share the knowledge of the game of baseball with you!

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI just kinda want to get an idea of where we are as a person, how well we can do basic concepts of the game. Do a good set of stretching then go over the basic fundamentals of the game.
Lesson 2-3Here is where I have a feel for what areas may need to be attacked more than others. Go into a little more depth of practice in those topics, or drills specified for those areas.
Lesson 4-10Later on we can attack other areas of the game that may need some WD-40 but the concept repeats itself because there will be areas that lack at times more than others and we adjust to those.
Lesson 11+We adjust to the necessity of the client
What you need to bringPreferably a bat and a glove if you have one, if not I have something that can work 👍🏼
