Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson will consist of fundamental drills so I can assess the students movements, strengths and areas needing improvement. I will also make an effort to get an idea of how the student thinks and processes information and situations. This way, we can be on the same page with goals and how best to achieve them.
Lesson 11+We will perfect the main details of our work (swing/throw/field/run) and incorporate more detailed and challenging tasks.
Lesson 4-10As we make improvements on deficiencies, we will address the finer details of the swing, throw or run and work towards being consistently efficient.
Lesson 2-3We will address areas needing improvement and work toward being an efficient and balanced ball player.
What you need to bringPlease bring your preferred bat(s), gloves and protective equipment. I strongly encourage proper footwear as well.
