Beginner training plan
Your first lesson* to find the sweet spot hold the knob of the bat up and the top of the bat down then tap on the barrel with a ball. The hand holding the knob vibrates when it’s NOT on the sweet spot and doesn’t vibrate on the sweet spot because the energy is going into the ball. Next we will hit balls off the tee with the sweet spot tapped with athletic tape and practice hitting on the tape.
Lesson 2-3* Be in the back of the batters box to give your self more time to react. * Get your bat through the zone as fast as possible

What you need to bringYou bring bat and batting gloves

What I can bringI’ll bring balls and tee
