Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI will start by getting to know each players individual weaknesses. I want to break the ice and get each one comfortable with me. Then I will analyze each players individual weaknesses through drills so I can figure out what direction to go in.
Lesson 4-10By this time I will start implementing more live reps in after we do drills so he/she can get the full effect of what we have been working on.
Lesson 2-3Once I know what each players individual weaknesses is, I will have a series of drills for each player to do based on their weakness.
What you need to bringA glove if you want to work on defense. A helmet for live batting for young children.
What I can bringI will have balls and bats if needed.
