Your first lessonCoach wants to get to know the players goals, skill set and desires for improvement and enjoyment of the game.
Lesson 11+The player will be challenged with intense drills working on skills, endurance and mental toughness.
Lesson 4-10The player will move on from basic drills to more advanced drills to understand what it takes to play at the next level from where they currently are.
Lesson 2-3The player will learn the game by participating in basic/fundamental drills with plenty of repetition.
