Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFor the first lesson, I like to talk about strengths and weaknesses. I then go through a warmup routine and let them throw 10 pitches to get a baseline.
Lesson 2-3Each lesson we will be going more in depth on plans to becoming a better pitcher.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonI get a baseline of his ability and go from there.
Youth players
Working with kidsI keep kid lesson pretty basic. I typically focus mainly on mechanics and mindset rather than focusing on velo/movement. Velo will come with growth
Working with teenagersI like to fine tune/ fix smaller mechanical issues with older kids. I like to work with their mindset. You can only control what you can control.
What you need to bringStudents should bring a glove, and adequate shoes.
What I can bringAt our facility, we will have a mound and baseballs. I will bring bands and other warm up devices as well
