About your baseball coach
I played 4 years of Division one baseball at the University of Pittsburgh as a Senior being selected as All ACC second team. Drafted 2 times in 2018 and in 2019 to the Atlanta Braves and the Houston Astros. I played 5 years in the Houston Astros Organization making it up to double AA in Corpus Christi Texas. Currently I play internationally where I have experience playing in Mexico and Venezuela. I also played in the 2023 World Baseball Classic in Taichung, Taiwan for the Kingdom of Netherlands. I have played alongside players such as Didi Gregorius, Xander Bogarts, Andrelton Simmons, Pablo Sandoval, to name a few. I look forward to being able to work with you, or for parents your child and helping them become the best baseball player they can be.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson is about evaluating the players current skillset (pitching, fielding, hitting) and mapping a plan where he is to where he wants to be
Lesson 11+Every lesson from here on is getting the arm strength as strong as possible to increase velocity, tighten the spin and shape of breaking balls, work on designing an arsenal that fits the players arm slot and really ingrain how to use each pitch for in game strategy
Lesson 4-10Build arm strength to eventually get to the mound to work on pitch design, pitch sequencing, and pitching mechanics
Lesson 2-3The next 2 lessons run through professional drills in different areas of the game that the player can take home and practice
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonFirst Lesson similar to my beginner lessons, I need to evaluate the players skillset so I can design a lesson plan that fits the individual players needs
Lesson 11+Set up live lessons with hitters so work on sequencing and building comfortability throwing offspeed and breaking balls in all counts. Get honest feedback what they see, take that information to further design other ways to increase performance on the field
Lesson 4-10Build arm strength up to withstand bullpens on the mound, max effort throws and long toss to build velocity, weighted ball program to teach movements isolating the different body parts before putting everything together
Lesson 2-3Go over pitch design, pitch sequencing, the importance of spin shapes the roles shape and velocity play against a hitter. Design the players arsenal to his arm slot and mechanics
