Beginner training plan
Your first lessonLet’s have some fun, we’ll start with the basics and work to get a foundation we can build on each lesson. Baseball is best taught from the ground up. But first I’d like to see your ability.
Lesson 11+Let’s make you a pro in your age group. Let’s build something that will take you through all levels.
Lesson 4-10Well build on our ground foundation and learn what each part of our body can do for us. We can then build success both on and off the field.
Lesson 2-3Now that we have a good beginning, we will work to break down any issues and rebuild with proper and safe mechanics. Hope to see your player gain the knowledge to begin to be successful.
