Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson will be training for throwing, catching, running, and batting.
Lesson 11+Improve infield and outfield drills, practice all positions as well as live pitching and live hitting
Lesson 4-10Equipment to improve arm strength and accuracy/acceleration, batting starting from contact to improve to power hitting
Lesson 2-3For the 2nd and 3rd lesson it will be training for outfield and infield drills as well as stretching
