Your first lessonShow what the fundamentals of baseball are.
What all the principles are and what position does what on the field. Run through the basic. Go through hitting progressions, Fielding Progressions, and pitching mechanics.
Lesson 11+Work on mindset and approach for in game success.
Lesson 4-10Fine tweak their mechanics and making sure that their mind and body can work together to make that play.
Lesson 2-3Make sure they remember the fundamentals and work on their mechanics.
