Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIn the first lesson, I get to know you and your goals, review your current skills through film breakdown focusing on hitting and defense, and evaluate your strengths and areas for improvement. I also introduce the basics of the mental game and mindset approach, and together we set personalized goals for the upcoming lessons.
Lesson 11+For lessons eleven and beyond, the goal is to fine-tune mechanics for consistency and power, simulate game scenarios for hitting and defense, and implement advanced mental strategies including resilience, adaptability, and leadership on the field. We focus on maintaining skills under pressure and improving baseball IQ while preparing for upcoming games or tryouts with a personalized plan.
Lesson 4-10In lessons four through ten, the focus shifts to intensive practice on hitting approach, situational hitting, and pitch recognition, along with advanced defensive drills to improve reaction time and accuracy. Mental training exercises such as visualization, routine building, and game-day mindset are introduced. Ongoing film analysis becomes more detailed, and progress checks with goal updates help guide your development.
Lesson 2-3During lessons two and three, we work on specific hitting mechanics based on the initial assessment, such as bat path, timing, and stance. Defensive drills will focus on footwork, glove work, and positioning. We also deepen mental skills including focus, confidence, and handling pressure. Film review continues to track your progress and help adjust drills as needed.

Youth players
Working with kidsI keep lessons fun and simple, focusing on improving basic skills and building confidence to develop them as better athletes overall.

Working with teenagersI focus on refining technique, introducing advanced drills, and strengthening the mental game to help them perform confidently and compete at a higher level.
