Accomplishments
➕Played in the Minor Leagues with the Los Angeles Dodgers for 5 seasons as a catcher. Played 3 more seasons in the American Association (Independent Ball) with the Chicago Dogs and Sioux Falls Canaries.

Your first lessonEmphasis on Mobility and receiving
Lesson 11+Expect a full go, from a mobility warm up to receiving velocity with a mix of breaking balls. Working on receiving in both primary and secondary. Throwing to bases with velocity coming at you, or blocking the breaking ball, gathering and making plays. Would love to have pitchers involved at some point.
