Your first lessonStart by understanding how to grip the baseball, how to use your body, and proper way to use your arm to prevent error and, most importantly, injury.
Lesson 11+Being able to work as a teammate and leadership, dedication, commitment, effort, and attitude well being able to play as an all-around player with confidence and strategies.
Lesson 4-10Knowing their own skills and development and adding technique and basics adjustments to correct any errors or mistakes and to prevent frustration.
