About your baseball coach
For two decades, I've cultivated baseball talent, blending time-honored techniques with innovative strategies. My passion is nurturing confident athletes and instilling a love for the game. I provide personalized guidance for lasting results. I have played at the University of Texas Arlington for 4 years and have played in the MLB Draft League. I am ready to work with athletes and make them the best they can be on and off the field.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI approach the first lesson with explaining the pan for the day and talk to the player and parents for the first 5-10 minutes to get to know them better. I will then go into explaining our warm up routines and how we will begin or throwing.
Lesson 11+We will go into more fundamentals surrounding pitching and throwing. Go throw some specific drill work that will allow the player to maximize there ability to throw
Lesson 4-10By this time the player will know there warmup routine and what they need to do to get ready to start there throwing. After throwing will go into post throw and conditioning. This will teach the player about proper arm care and what they need to focus on to stay healthy
Lesson 2-3The second and third lessons will still be understanding the player and how the move. The warmup will consist of the same things and the throwing will be a little different each day
Youth players
Working with kidsI will explain everything we do in a way that makes it easy for the player to understand. I will have activities and drills that will be fun while getting the proper work in.
Working with teenagersI will focus more on warm-up/stretching, drill work, throwing, and arm care during the lesson. I will teach them goo arm care technics to keep them healthy and have a long career in baseball
