Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI will just watch and see how the athlete moves whenever throwing and how I can put together a plan to make them move more efficiently.
Lesson 11+This all depends on if we have time for a velo program or if we are needing to attack other areas more effectively.
Lesson 4-10I will help them begin to trend upwards towards what we are wanting the athlete to get ready for whether it’s travel ball or school ball.
Lesson 2-3We will start to get into some drills specific towards the players needs and get them throwing in a healthy and effective way.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonWe will do a short screening on how well the athlete moves in their current state.
Lesson 11+This all depends on what we are planning to build up for whether it’s to continue playing in games or if we are gearing up towards the off season.
Lesson 4-10Begin to utilize these drills towards throwing harder and maintaining their health along the way to make them the best versions of themselves.
Lesson 2-3We can implement some drills for developmental purposes.
