Beginner training plan
Your first lessonSimply getting to know the athlete. Goals, physicality and personality. Then we will define the goals, and ultimately how we will reach them in a timely manner.
Lesson 11+By this time goals should be met and new goals will be established for the athlete to move forward towards, thus repeating the process of developing goal oriented strategies.
Lesson 4-10These lessons will be less detailed instruction, more repetition and experience driven.
Lesson 2-3More detailed instruction based in understanding how to meet their goals while at their level of play.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonGoals are established and measurements of athletic ability are taken. Then a plan is developed for the specific athlete.
Lesson 11+This is where the athlete will determine if their 10 week goals have been achieved, and new goals and a new plan will be set in place to help them achieve their next goal.
Lesson 4-10The plan is altered to fit the athletes needs based on performance measurements, after the 4 week mark.
Lesson 2-3The plan is carried out, while detailed instruction is given, if needed.
Youth players
Working with kidsThese lessons will be less technical speech and more experience driven.
Working with teenagersThese lessons will incorporate some technical ideologies to grow from while establishing a functional framework developed from.
