About your baseball coach

Jason is a dedicated baseball coach with a strong passion for developing players’ skills in key areas such as baserunning, pitching, hitting, and fielding. Specializing in baserunning, he teaches players the subtle nuances of this often overlooked aspect, focusing on technique, decision-making, and speed to maximize their effectiveness on the basepaths. Jason also brings extensive knowledge to pitching, helping players refine mechanics, strategy, and mental toughness for success on the mound. In addition, he works on developing hitters’ mechanics and situational awareness, while ensuring players are strong defensively. With a proven track record of coaching successful teams, Jason has helped players refine their skills and become well-rounded athletes ready for competition at all levels.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI will spend time getting to know the athlete and what their goals are. This is not a lesson but an email to the athlete.
Lesson 11+We will put everything together from what we’ve learned in the previous lessons. This will be the final product of everything you have learned.
Lesson 4-10During this part of the training we will add on additional skills to build on our previous lessons.
Lesson 2-3We will start on the basics of the particular issue or area.
Youth players
Working with kidsI simplify the lessons so that all athletes can understand. I make those lessons a fun learning atmosphere.
Working with teenagersTeens are more specialized in their sport so these lessons will be somewhat more technical and will make their lessons a competition with themselves.
What you need to bringDepending on what will be taught you could need to bring multiple items. So come prepared as if you are going to a practice or game.
What I can bringI have numerous equipment I can bring. We will discuss everything before our lessons.
