Beginner training plan
Your first lessonLearning the fundamentals of baseball. Example:

Lesson 2-3Continue learning the fundamentals but add more skills to aspects of training.
Youth players
Working with kidsKids are trying to have fun. If its not fun they loose interest very quickly. With this in mind I will make sure students are actively involved in learning the basics of the game, while still having fun learning.
Working with teenagersAt this age, students are trying to learn the game to get better and play at the high school level and eventually make it to collegiate level to continue their playing career.
What you need to bringStudents should bring their glove and bat.
What I can bringI will bring baseballs, resistance bands, training equipment and gloves.
