Your first lessonI’ll start with assessment and some adjustments to be made subtly. We don’t want to make too many big jumps on the first lesson
Lesson 2-3In the advancing week lessons, I will bring important drill work, breakdowns, video recap. Recalling honing in on what needs the most work
Lesson 4-10We will keep assessing and analyzing what we are thinking and doing in our swing or defensive work. Really getting picky at things if need be.
Lesson 11+Keep advancing in all facets of our swings and defensive work
Youth players
Working with kidsI take a more deep dive into fundamentals with younger kids!
Working with teenagersI dive into mechanical things and break them down for both parties to understand why we are doing what we are doing
