About your baseball coach
With over 35 years immersed in the world of baseball, I'm dedicated to helping players of all levels unlock their full potential on the field. My coaching focuses on developing strong fundamentals, strategic thinking, and a genuine love for the game, while providing an approach to teaching that's built on experience and dedication. Currently still am active in men's league baseball and travel to world series men's league tournaments to compete. Baseball is my love and I'm ALWAYS excited to share some knowledge. Most importantly, GET THE RESULTS is the mission! LETS WORK!

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe start off beginners with evaluation. Mostly assessments will primarily be done here to guage and report to parent what was noticed.
Lesson 11+By these sessions we should have noticed progress and at least a slight increase in abilities. These sessions will be to progress the student from beginners to the next level.
Lesson 4-10During these segments we address individual progression. Focusing more on what the actual individual needs work on and making progress on abilities.
Lesson 2-3These lessons we will begin to start with basic skills with drills(movements, sprints, throwing, tee hitting etc)
Youth players
Working with kidsWith kids its about keeping the attention. Keep them involved and active while instilling basic skills
Working with teenagersTeenagers show skills level immediately. By the time and kid is a teen you see what you are dealing with. Teens are more of breaking the bad habits and enhancing what they already have. Bad habits are a big problem with teens
