Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI will find out where each person is at in the sports. Can they catch properly. Throw properly able to hit and their approach to playing. It’s a time to check out the player’s form.
Lesson 11+The remaining sessions in a continuous building on what was learned so the player will have a solid foundation or the fundamentals needed to perform on the field
Lesson 4-10We will move on into incorporating baseball equipment back into the drill sequence along with training exercises to aid in the performance of sports specific movements
Lesson 2-3After out first session and assessment I will have the player perform drills to start developing their form a little better and a lot of the time it will be using any conventional baseball equipment
Youth players
Working with kidsI always find out where their skill level is at
Working with teenagersI will always assess their abilities with the sport
What you need to bringStudents should bring cleats glove a bat they prefer batting gloves and water or other drink. Wear athletic attire
What I can bringI can bring balls, bases, batting tees, nets, exercise equipment for drills I do have a few bats as well
