Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe will work on the basics. Throwing accuracy. Infield or outfield fundamentals. Hitting technique and form. Getting to know one another.
Lesson 11+Putting it all together. Hitting fast velo, working on different pitch types and simulations real game situations at full speed.
Lesson 4-10Simulations and situations so a player is thinking the game as well as playing it.
Lesson 2-3More challenging versions of the previous testing skills and pushing for growth.
What you need to bringBring a bat and your glove!
What I can bringI’ll bring balls and a bat for infield and outfield drills. I’ll play catcher if you want to work on pitching. We can practice hitting as well.
