Ive been working with Juan on and off since i was 5. Im a junior at balwin park high school. And coming off as league mvp my sophomore year. Juans coaching style is simple and direct. He simplifies everything and is very good at explaining why we do the things we do.

Your first lessonFirst lesson is an Assessment. No player is the same. So the same plan doesn’t’ always works for everyone.
Lesson 11+Repetition. Good habits come from being prepared and repetition. We will be working on building good habits
Lesson 4-10Expect all the drills and techniques will be dialed in. By this time i guarantee you will be seeing results. But i expect you to be putting in the work
Lesson 2-3Work on drills, techniques and mental part of the game, baseball is a physical sport but lets not forget the mental aspect of the game
