Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe will start on the fundamentals of the game and the reasons why we do things and understanding the reason behind it.
Lesson 11+Should be able to understand how their body functions when training and how the game of baseball should be played. Would introduce more difficult baseball drill and work outs.
Lesson 4-10To continue to perfecting the drills but adding more intensity to the work out.
Lesson 2-3Start adding more drills and scenarios that are baseball or workout related.
Youth players
Working with kidsMake it fun and educational so they don’t hate playing the sport.
Working with teenagersMake it challenging but still teach them they will fail but need to be resilient and learn to grow from their errors.
What you need to bringBaseball glove, bats, helmet, turf or cleats depending on environment. A baseball cap as well no shorts unless it’s hot or it’s a work out session.
