Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFor the beginner lesson I will first start off with hitting and fielding drills to get a sense of where the student is starting at.
Lesson 11+For the remaining lessons we will work more on technique and I will let the student inform me on what they feel they need to work on more from their experience in games.
Lesson 4-10The fourth through tenth lesson we will begin to work on base running and game situations for both hitting and fielding.
Lesson 2-3For the second and third lesson the student can expect to receive both hitting and fielding lessons with different drills to get their technique ready for games.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonFor the first lesson I will let the student field the ball and also hit to see which area will need more focus in the following lessons. Following the first lesson I will build a training program for each individual student to help them build off of their starting point.
Youth players
Working with kidsWith kids I will work more with them on practicing their fundamentals and showing the proper techniques for fielding and hitting and move up to working on game situations on later lessons.
Working with teenagersWith teenagers I will work with them more about game situations and perfecting the fundamentals on all aspects of the game.
