Chance O’Neal
Chance O’Neal is My Son as well I started teaching him at the age of three also. Chance has also played multiple USAAA games and tournaments. He has also won multiple MVP awards. He was also invited to the Texas MVP All-Star game where he played with 9U and 13U he’s 5. I have taught multiple kids I’ve seen kids attitude go from discouraging to I wanna play baseball. Patience is key and I been around Baseball so long I know or I can figure out what a kid needs to be successful in the sport. And sometimes it’s not just baseball it’s just figuring out who the kid is in general that way you motivate them to become the best they can be.
Chase O’Neal
Chase O’Neal is my son, I’m using My Son because he’s an example of how I would have liked to been taught. I started teaching him at the age of three. He didn’t know anything about Baseball so I knew if I could take the proper steps and teaching him I could teach anyone. Chase is now seven years old he has played multiple USAAA baseball games and tournaments. He has received multiple MVP awards he’s been named Texas Allstate and he’s also playing two ages up.
Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst I like to learn who the person is and what they like I say that because it’s easier to teach when you can relate. So on that first lesson it’s the fundamentals of catching, fielding, and hitting.
Lesson 11+By listening 11 we’re gonna put it all together the kids should be hitting comfortably catching and throwing. Here is where I want to see the confidence. I want them to leave this lesson knowing they know the game of baseball. And they can play anywhere as long as they remember the fundamentals.
Lesson 4-10By the fourth and 10th lesson the individuals should be comfortable on playing the sport. Now we’re gonna get into the decision-making part. On fielding the ball, placing the ball while hitting. And where to go when runners are on base
