Lesson 4-10Use the selected drills from lessons 2-3 to grow into the more advanced mechanics and get down to the tiny details that make up the game of baseball. Growing the athletes range of skills
Lesson 2-3Continue to build on the first lesson by reinforcing proper mechanics and start to incorporate select drills to iron out deficiencies
