Beginner training plan
Your first lessonGet to know the player and parent/s. Learn and understand what the player wants out of this experience. Learn His/hers dreams with the game of baseball/life. Do drills to determine where the player is talent wise.
Lesson 2-3Be taught the absolute basics of their position and hitting. Learn when and how to be in a good position to be a great player on the field.
Lesson 4-10If the player is progressing greatly, they will be exposed to more advanced drills/teaching to better themselves. If the player is still learning they will be doing new drills that will unlock their potential and get there minds and body in the right areas to compete and start seeing results.
Lesson 11+As they progress and get better, they will be challenged with different drills, baseball IQ tests and ideas they were taught to be so they can learn to progress on their own when coaches aren't around and they are working out alone. If old enough I can bring up a weight training program to start getting the body up to speed and compete at a high level.

Youth players
Working with kidsWhen working with kids it can be very easy for them to get discouraged or distracted during the lesson. This is why I make my lessons into a way they understand. That includes making games out of drills that they will get points for when they succeed. Tally up points will result in different prizes they can cash in points for. This will keep it competitive and learning based but also will help them develop their tools.

Working with teenagersWith teenagers they want to see results fast and want to learn the advanced teachings to better themselves. They will be exposed to advanced drills and teaching they will be understandable to the player. They will be able to progress and development at a high level to help them achieve the dreams they thrive towards everyday.
