About your baseball coach
I've spent the last 17 years playing professionally including LA Angels & SD Padres. During that time developing an understanding of various types of defensive and offensive drills to improve your skills. My love of baseball allows me to relay my expertise to players of all ages. My passion is helping athletes develop their skills and reach their full potential on and off the field through hard work and dedication. Let's connect and grow together!

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonAnalyze swing or fielding movements, record swings from side profile to break down movements and pin point areas that need improvement or areas for growth. Provide visual aid for analysis and comparison moving forward.
Lesson 11+Continue to challenge you as you progess. Increase difficulty and start to challenge you mentally as well as physically. Depending on age and skill level I will gradually add to workload or focus on your approach and thought process
Lesson 4-10Similar or same drills provided in early sessions until a routine is developed and maintained. Once muscle memory is established, drills will then increase level of difficulty to challenge you and your individual growth.
Lesson 2-3Specific drills aimed at areas identified in previous lessons to clean up or develop muscle memory and improve quality of swing or fielding movements.
