About your baseball coach
Let’s roll a pair now. My name is Myles and I primary focus with infielders. Started in T-Ball, finished my career in college. I’m 31, and I’d be glad to watch, learn and help develop your skills, footwork and overall IQ of the game. We need to be sharp by thinking ahead of what we will do in situational ball. I’m also excited to learn from you all as you help develop my coaching.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson let’s start with a warm up roll the ball to each other and see how our hands are. Then you tell me what you are best at defensively and what you would like to work on for this upcoming season
Lesson 11+Situational ball. Throws down to second, how to cover the bag and how are feet should be. Short hops are going to happen so we need to be able to stay in front and knock the ball down. Relay positioning when the ball is hit into the OF.
More importantly we are going work with things you mentioned that needed improvement on and work to get it all put together
Lesson 4-10Field work, how we should field routine grounders and are depth positing at our base.
Slow rollers, backhands, double plays. We need quick and sure hands but it all begins with pre pitch routine.
Lesson 2-3Second lessons we work on what you are best at. Build our confidence getting into a groove of footwork and soft hands.
