Former NCAA Division II pitcher at Northwest Nazarene University, now in the second year at San Diego Mesa College. Excelled as a closing pitcher, leading the team in saves, consistently throwing strikes, and performing in high-pressure situations with velocity reaching 91 MPH and climbing. Trained with elite player development programs, combining advanced mechanics, pitch design, and mental performance. Pursuing opportunities to serve as a pitching coach for aspiring athletes 18 and under while continuing my journey toward Division I baseball and beyond. Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson would be a basic assessment of movement and mechanics. I will take video and look at areas that need improvement and use it as a baseline for exercise and routine
Lesson 11+Fine tune pitches and location varies by student
Lesson 4-10At this point the routine will be memorized and then and we will work towards strengthening arm and improving velocity
