Your first lessonThe first lesson will mainly be used as a way for me to evaluate the players movement and skills. This will help me structure drills to best help!
Lesson 2-3The second and third lessons are focusing on the drills that are most needed to help improve and develop.
Lesson 4-10These lessons will focus on what the player needs to keep doing to improve, and by this time we will establish baseline drills that really work with the player.
Lesson 11+My players can expect good development and improvement by this time, with drills still adapting to help them and give them challenges to keep improving.
What you need to bringComfortable clothes, shoes, water, glove (if needed), bat (if needed).
What I can bringI can provide balls, plyos, j-bands, tees, and more depending on what we’re doing.
