Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson will be to learn your athletes strengths and weaknesses. See things that they need to improve on/what they want to become more successful at. Will guide them through a dynamic warm up and leave the lesson with an idea of what they need to be working on based on their need and wants.
Lesson 11+Lessons 11 and on will be continuing to get better and translating all the hard work we’ve put in and take it to the field. We will still be focusing on getting better each lesson we do there’s always room for improvement.
Lesson 4-10Lesson 4-10 we will start focusing training, drill work, and work outs/recovery. This will also be the time we start monitoring how they are progressing and what’s working for the athlete or what’s not to make sure they are getting what they need out of the training.
Lesson 2-3Second and third lesson will go more into detail working on mechanics and figuring out the way there body works and start to introduce some training and drill work.

Youth players
Working with kidsWith kids I try to keep the game a game. Everyone wants to get better but I believe kids learn the most by having fun with what they are doing. We will absolutely work on things to make your kid better but also making sure his joy remains in playing the game.

Working with teenagersWith teens I want their joy to remain in the game but at this age it’s a little more in depth and can be mentally challenging. but that’s what baseball can teach you is how to deal with challenges that come your way. I like to focus on the mental aspect of the game as much as the developmental aspect of it as well when they get to be teenagers. At this age the game can really start to become more challenging in all ways so a strong mentality will pay dividends to your success.

What you need to bringEveryday baseball equipment like a glove, a bat, ect.

What I can bringI can provide baseballs and other training equipment needed depending on what your athlete wants to work on.
