Beginner training plan
Your first lessonGo through full session of throwing, hitting, or fielding (including warm up, skill/technique work, game like reps). Followed by a sit down with player get an understanding of what there goals are. Note: first couple sessions are going to be similar.
Lesson 11+At this point I want to really hone in on knowing the person I am working with. What i can best do in every session and conversation we go through to help the player get closer to accomplishing there goal.
Lesson 4-10This is where sessions may begin to become more specific. More detailed work to be used in the skill work based off more information gained about the player.
Lesson 2-3These lessons will be similar to the first as I want to really understand the player and person before altering anything.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonGo through basic session of throwing (including warm up, drill work, and game reps)
Lesson 11+Build relationship to have every sessions through weeks and month checking in. I want to be on the same page pushing my athletes as much as I can and be there for any needs.
Lesson 4-10Start to understand the players needs and how to get them physically able to do it along with be in the right mental space to accomplish the goals
Lesson 2-3Same as first lesson. Sit down and work through goals, previous knowledge, where you are from. My goal is to gain as much knowledge of you to be able to coach the specific person not just the physical tools.
