Beginner training plan
Your first lessonGet a baseline of the kids skill and see how we can make them better and what drills work best for them
Lesson 2-3Start doing drills that fit best with the kids skill and physical attributes
Lesson 4-10Continuing working on those drill but starting to get more complicated with the movements and starting learn the mental side of the game
Lesson 11+Fine tuning the kids attributes and just making sure the kid is making good use of the drills and is getting good results in games from the trainings
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonGet a baseline of what the athlete knows and see what we can do to fix things that they could be doing wrong
Lesson 2-3Talk with the athlete to get their insight on what they think they need to fix or what they think they could do better then implement drills that help with those things
Lesson 4-10Continue working on the drills to help the athlete and then start to make them more advanced
Lesson 11+Fine tuning the more advanced drills and then implementing other drills depending on how the athlete is coming along
