Your first lessonHave the client show me how they warm up, and go over what they know and make a couple of changes.
Lesson 11+See progress and go through tests to see where the skill set is at and any adjustments we need to make. Build on the strengths and work on things that need improvement
Lesson 4-10Challenges add, more drills, visualization,  competition and set goals
Lesson 2-3Really start breaking down mechanics, add drills, add warm up and post break down of the body
