About your baseball coach
For over 25 years, I've been a student of the game. As a child, I was well-coached. I study and follow the game with a passion. Baseball was my first love, and it would be a pleasure to pass my lifetime of knowledge along to eager students.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonStretching, followed by a light jog, and then having a catch to loosen up. Then, some infield (grounders)/outfield (flyballs), and finish up with some batting practice.
Lesson 2-3Infield/outfield with focus on the student’s mechanics. Hitting off the tee with focus on mechanics.
