As a parent, finding the right coach for my child was incredibly important to me, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the impact Coach Rich has had on my child’s development, both as an athlete and as a person. From the very beginning, Coach Rich demonstrated a deep understanding of not just the sport but also how to motivate and support young athletes. He has created a positive, disciplined, and encouraging environment where every player feels valued. My son has not only improved his skills but has also gained confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of teamwork under his guidance. What sets Coach Rich apart is his ability to balance high expectations with genuine care. Coach Rich pushes his athletes to be their best while always maintaining a supportive and uplifting approach. He communicates well with both players and parents, making sure we are involved and informed. Thanks to Coach Rich, my son looks forward to every practice and game, and we have seen tremendous growth in his abilities and attitude. I wholeheartedly recommend Coach Rich to any parent looking for a coach who truly makes a difference. Trish Begley
