Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson would be the correct hitting technique to increase power with every hit. We would be hitting off a tee to start off.
Lesson 11+Help with long toss throwing to increase power, proper way to field grounders and what to do when pop flies comes to them.
Lesson 4-10Going to the cages to help with hand eye coordination, with over hand throws with the L screen.
Lesson 2-3We would be doing some soft toss to use proper form, and the throwing technique to help with more accurate throws.
Youth players
Working with kidsI break things down to how they will understand it more better. I show them slowly so they can get a better understanding.
